We loved the convenient location of this place, right next to the railways and close to Dresden zoo. It was so easy to get around and explore the city from here. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed, including free wi-fi and a TV. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the nearby park. we had a great experience at this hotel.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location of this hotel was convenient, with easy access to major attractions and near a bustling park. Despite being near the railway tracks, the room was quiet and comfortable, with a pleasant view of the surrounding area. the staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from.
The check-in process was delayed, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel's location was perfect for me! It was near the city centre but in a quiet neighborhood. Also, the breakfast was very generous with an excellent choice of food. Plus, the staff was very friendly and efficient.
Almost perfect, but there were just a few small details that could be improved.

The hotel is well located, with easy access to main attractions and shops. the breakfast was delicious and varied, offering a wide range of options to satisfy everyone's taste. the holiday decorations made the place feel festive and cozy, adding to the Xmas spirit.
The room was disappointing, with outdated furniture and a dirty carpet. the heating system was not working properly, leaving us freezing during the night.

The friendly personnel makes you feel right at home, and the location is within a walking distance to major parks and historical city centers. the hotel is close to a train station, making it easy to access other parts of the city.
the Wi-Fi signal was weak, and the personnel was not always easy to find.
